Submission of verification documents is mandatory for membership consideration. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in rejection without explanation.

4. Purpose & Lawful Basis for Processing

ISA processes personal data for legitimate and necessary purposes, including but not limited to:

5. Verification & Discretion Clause

ISA retains absolute discretion in:

  • Accepting or rejecting membership applications

  • Determining verification sufficiency

  • Suspending, revoking, or terminating access

ISA is not obligated to provide reasons for verification decisions and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from refusal or termination of membership.

 
6. Data Storage, Security & Access Control

ISA applies commercially reasonable and industry-appropriate security safeguards, including:

  • Restricted, role-based access to verification materials

  • Secure authentication mechanisms

  • Continuous monitoring and audit logging

However, no system can be guaranteed as fully secure. ISA disclaims liability for unauthorised access beyond its reasonable control.

ISA does not sell or rent personal data.

ISA may retain archived records after membership termination where legally or operationally justified.
